AmneziaWG VPN

AmneziaWG is WireGuard with its fingerprint removed, which helps it get through networks that block ordinary VPNs. This app sets up your own server with a simple web panel, powered by wg-easy, and creates the config for your first device during the install.

Features

• Hard to detect: Headers are encrypted, packet sizes vary, and every handshake starts with junk packets and a fake DNS reply.
• Unique to your server: The keys and disguise settings are generated during the install, so no two servers look the same.
• Silent to scanners: The server answers only your devices, and the panel is not open to the internet.
• Web panel: Add and remove devices, show their QR codes, and see how much data each one uses.

After installation

1. Install the AmneziaWG app, version 3.1 or newer, on your phone or computer. The regular WireGuard app cannot connect.
2. SSH in as root and run qrencode -t ansiutf8 < /root/amneziawg-client.conf in a large terminal window to show a QR code, then scan it with the app. On a computer, you can import /root/amneziawg-client.conf instead.
3. To add more devices, connect to the VPN and open http://10.8.0.1:51821/. Your login is in /root/amneziawg-credentials.txt.
