About Nextcloud

Nextcloud is your own private cloud for files, calendars and contacts: a self-hosted alternative to Google Drive and Dropbox. This app runs Nextcloud with MariaDB, Redis caching and background jobs, all set up.

Features

File sync and sharing: Desktop and mobile apps keep your files in sync, and share links work for anyone you send them to.
Calendar and contacts: CalDAV and CardDAV work with your phone and your mail client.
Hundreds of apps: Add office documents, notes, tasks and more from the built-in app store.
Tuned out of the box: Redis caching and cron background jobs are already configured.

After installation

Your admin login is saved on the server. Open the console or SSH in as root, run cat /root/nextcloud-credentials.txt, then sign in at http://your-server-ip/.

Why deploy Nextcloud on RDP.sh

Deploying Nextcloud on an RDP.sh VPS provides the dedicated resources, persistent storage, and network stability required for running your application reliably. Our VPS offers full root access and guaranteed CPU/memory allocation, ensuring Nextcloud operates smoothly without resource contention. The reliable networking and public IP addressing enable secure integrations, while our one-click deployment simplifies setup and maintenance. For users prioritizing performance and customization, RDP.sh VPS delivers the control and performance needed to run a production-ready Nextcloud instance.
