Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard. Every card payment is verified by your bank with 3-D Secure and handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider, so your card details never reach our servers. Your server is deployed as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Is KYC required for payments?

No, we do not require KYC verification for any payment method. You can pay with crypto or card without providing identity documents. We respect your privacy while maintaining a secure payment process.

How fast are crypto payments confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Most crypto payments are confirmed within minutes depending on the network. Once confirmed, your server is deployed automatically. Bitcoin typically takes 10-30 minutes, while Litecoin and USDT are usually faster.

Can I get a refund on crypto payments?

Accepted Answer

Crypto payments are irreversible and servers deploy instantly, so we do not offer refunds as a matter of course. Our Terms set out two exceptions: a refund of the invoiced amount if provisioning takes longer than 24 hours and you have not used the server, and the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers. If something is technically wrong, contact support first — we would rather fix it.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Card payments are processed entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider and verified by your bank with 3-D Secure. Crypto payments go through Cryptomus. We never see or store your card details.

Can I pay with a different currency than EUR?

Accepted Answer

Our prices are listed in EUR, but you can pay in any supported cryptocurrency at the current exchange rate. Card payments are automatically converted by your bank or payment provider.

Do you offer recurring billing?

Accepted Answer

No — servers are never charged automatically. We email your renewal invoice 14 days before the term ends, and your server is extended as soon as you pay it. If the invoice goes unpaid the server is suspended, and deleted two days later; paying during the suspension keeps it. Domains are the exception: you can switch a domain to auto-renew from your dashboard.
